5.3 All prices are listed inclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.
5.4 The User is required to pay the fee for the selected plan in accordance with the chosen payment method and payment deadline.
5.5 In case of delayed payment, the account may be temporarily restricted or deactivated.
6. Rights and Obligations of the Contracting Parties
6.1 The Provider undertakes to make reasonable efforts to ensure the availability and functionality of the Service.
6.2 The Provider reserves the right to perform maintenance, updates, or system changes, including without prior notice.
6.3 The User agrees to use the Service in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms in a way that does not cause harm to the Provider or third parties.

6.5 The Provider is not responsible for content generated by artificial intelligence or for decisions made by the User based on such content.

7.3 The User agrees to the processing of their data for the purposes of providing the Service, communication, and technical support.
8. Complaints and Liability
8.1 The Provider provides no warranty for outputs generated by artificial intelligence. The Service is provided “as is.”

9. Termination of Service

10. Final Provisions

10.3 These Terms are effective as of May 27, 2025, and replace all previous versions.
